Alex Coleman Associates undertake all aspects of architectural design, space planning and feasibility studies, project management, measured surveys and visualisation artwork for commercial companies, charitable organisations and private clients within the Southampton area.
Our portfolio includes a wide range of built and unbuilt projects ranging from minor domestic works such as loft conversions and extensions through to listed building and conservation work, office and retail fit-outs and residential and commercial new builds to £10m.
The refurbishment and conversion of three lodge buildings located within the grounds of the Mercure Dolphin Hotel in Southampton, was carried out for Avandia Investments Limited in 2013 and Alex Coleman Associates undertook all stages from feasibility and planning through to project management and completion of the works but early summer.
We will liaise with Southampton City Council on our clients’ behalf and advise on such matters as the recent changes to Permitted Development Rights as well as all the mandatory statutory approvals.
