In July 2007, Alex Coleman Associates obtained planning permission for the £3m re-development of 22 Deer Park Road on the Lombard Trading Estate in Wimbledon. The scheme involved the the demolition of the existing single-storey warehouse to make way for a new 3-storey (B8) warehouse and (B1) office block, increasing the total floor space to approximately 4000 sq.m.
We will liaise with Merton Council on our clients’ behalf and advise on such matters as the recent changes to Permitted Development Rights as well as all the mandatory statutory approvals.
